Working with play dough is calming. Squeezing, stretching, banging and rolling playdough
are all healthy ways to relieve stress while having fun being creative.

Here is our super-easy recipe for play dough that does not require any cooking!
Simply mix ingredients together and work until it forms a ball.
Store in a container in the fridge.
2 cups plain flour
1 cup salt
1 tbs oil
1 cup cold water
2 drops liquid food colouring
