Eyes and hands working together

Today's activities are geared to helping your child develop eye-hand coordination.

Why is eye-hand coordination so important?

Eye-hand coordination is one of the most important tools in your child’s toolbox!

It helps you child learn how to track movements of their hands with their eyes.

This skill is vital for writing as they learn to write and draw. Throwing and catching and eating also require eye-hand coordination.

These simple games along with tossing and catching paper balls will help your child to develop this important skill.

Please consider saving toilet rolls, and scraps of wool, cardboard and paper for future projects!
